Electronics — Must include all original cables, manuals, and packaging. Factory seals may need to be intact for hygiene items.
Auto Parts — Must be uninstalled and in original packaging. Parts that have been installed or modified cannot be returned.
Vehicles — Subject to our vehicle inspection process. Contact our concierge team for vehicle-specific return procedures.
Full refund — Receive 100% of the purchase price back to your original payment method.
Processing time — Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping costs — Return shipping is free when the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or seller error. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping.
